He was united in marriage Feb. 17, 1947, to Wanda Eutrell Hilton.
Mr. Wisecarver was a Christian. He was a member and deacon at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Lonedell.
He served his country in the U.S. Army in World War II, entering Feb. 25, 1943, and receiving his honorable discharge Feb. 24, 1946.
Mr. Wisecarver worked with Campbell 66 Freight Company for 20 years. He was a retiree of Teamster's Local 600.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one daughter, Ruth Brand; and one sister, Leta Wigger.
Mr. Wisecarver is survived by one son-in-law, Roger Brand, Lonedell; two brothers, James Wisecarver and wife Bonnie, Washington, and Kenneth Wisecarver and wife Barbara, Minneola, Texas; one sister, Alma Trimble, Lonedell; two grandchildren, Amy Kelly and husband Tim, Lonedell, and David Brand, St. Clair; three great-grandchildren, Renee and Andrew Malin, Lonedell, and Ava Brand, St. Clair; brothers- and sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; great- and great-great-nieces and -nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair, with the Rev. Glenn Hammond officiating.
Interment was in Crestview Memorial Park, St. Clair.
Memorials to the Oak Grove Baptist Church Building Fund are preferred.
