Adele Margaret Blow was educated by tutors and at Westover and was a member of the Colonial Dames for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
She was a vice president and co-founder of the National Women's Democratic Club. She also served as vice chairman of the United Nations War Relief and was a board member of the Home for Incurables.
Services were held at the Washington Cathedral.
