Mrs. Rosemary Shannon Kerr, 84, Retired Administrative Assistant in the Continuing Education Department at the University of Mississippi, died Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Harbor View Nursing and Rehab in Memphis, TN.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Oxford Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Robert Frierson officiating.
Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born in Vicksburg, MS.
Mrs. Kerr was the Widow of John Brice Kerr; and was a longtime Member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her Son, William Earl Kerr and her Brother, Vincent Earl Shannon.

Survivors include two Daughters, Carol Ann Lloyd of Atlanta, GA; and Mary Jane McKissick of Saltillo, MS; two Sons, J. Brice Kerr, III of Gautier, MS; and James Edward Kerr of Memphis, TN; one Sister, Lilly Shannon Grubbs of Mendenhall, MS.
