Frank F. Allen was a licensed embalmer and funeral director. He owned and operated the F. F. Allen Funeral Home at 1 East 5th Avenue in Williamson, West Virginia. He is the past president of the Tug Valley Funeral Directors Association.

Frank F. Allen Funeral Home opened Williamson in the early 1930's. After Frank passed away in 1967, the funeral home was managed by Olin H. Weaver until he opened Weaver Mortuary in 1969. F. F. Allen Funeral Home closed in 1971.

Frank and his wife, Myrtle Weddington Allen, lived in an apartment above the funeral home. Myrtle continued to live in the funeral home building until her death in 1985. Mr. and Mrs. Frank F. Allen had no children. (Contributor Forever Remembered FAG#48353630)
