She is survived by her husband, David Adkins of Corbin, Kentucky; four daughters, Elizabeth Ann Adkins, Kaprina Nicole Adkins, Agnes Michelle Kellegg and Crystal Marie Adkins all of Corbin, Kentucky; her mother, Thelma Jo Cox Duncan of Williamsburg, Kentucky; three brothers, Coy Lee Cox Jr. and his wife Donna of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Barney Edward Cox and his wife Betty Jane of Lafollette, Tennessee and Travis Dean Douglas of Williamsburg, Kentucky; two sisters, Phyllis Jean Cox of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Maudie Maria Christian of Jellico, Tennessee; her mother-in-law, Nannie Adkins of Williamsburg, Kentucky;one great niece, Jalen Nicole Cox of Williamsburg, Kentucky; several nieces and nephew; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
