At the time of his death was a retired farmer and lived with his wife Nettie at 1310 South Maple Street in Carthage. He was 81 yrs, 6 mos & 13 days when he died of complications of artero-sclerosis and old age.
Dr. J. A. Hope, MD came from Golden City, MO and was the attending physician.
Knell Mortuary was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
