MRS. MINNIE ADAMS DIES AT AGE 75: FUNERAL TOMORROW
Mrs. Minnie E. Adams, 75, life-long resident of Randolph County, died at 5:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon in Whitaker Hospital after an illness of fourteen months.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Barnes. She and her husband lived on a farm east of Moberly. Mr. Adams died in 1960. She was a member of the Presbytereian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are one son, Wallace Adams, Riviera Beach, Florida; one graddaughter, Mrs. Vicki Gruver, Kansas City; and several nieces and nephews, one of which is Mrs. Henry Marshall, Moberly.
The body is at the Mahan Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 2:00 o'clock tomorrow afternoon by the Rev. Merle Rice, pastor of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
