Elizabeth Dora Spradling.
Margie was later the second wife of Henry Powell Kidd. He was often known as "Pall". In their senior years her granddaughter, Margie Spradling (2) and his grandson Silas G Kidd both lived with them at various times. When Henry died, she continued to live with Silas until she died. Henry's former home went to Margie's granddaughter, who had been named after her, and who had married Matthew "Bud" Ross. Matthew was injured in an accident at Stearns Coal & Lumber & died, leaving the granddaughter Margie (2) to raise her children alone in Henry's homestead. The home came to be know as the "Margie Ross Place" and is located near the Kidd Cemetery on Bald Knob, on land that Henry Powell Kidd donated for a cemetery, and where both of Margie's (1) parents are buried, along with Matthew Ross.
