George Charles "Charley" MOSER was born on 25 August 1881, in Texas (Proably Dallas County), to Leopole "Lou" and Sarah Ann "Sallie" Moore MOSER. Charley had four siblings in his family.

His siblings were May, born ca 1877 and died prior to the 1900 Census; Mary Annor (married Ples Odom); Elma L. (married James O. A. Scott); and Sarah Lulu "Sallie" Moser (married Percival Newton Douglas Cannon).

Charles married Tempie (maiden name unknown) who had a daughter Virginia Lewis. Charles and Tempie were married prior to the 1910 Census. Tempie Moser was the informant on Charles' death certificate.

Charles' occupations included being a mechanie and a carpenter. He was a building contractor as listed on his death certificate.
