John Wesley's parents are buried in the Hinish Cemetery which is on a farm in Rays Cove, East of Tatesville, near Graceville, Providence Township, Bedford County, PA.
At the time of John Wesley Fisher's death, at 87 years, 1 month, and 10 days, he was living in Loysburg, Pa with his daughter, Rachel Belle (Fisher) Little and her husband James Patton Little. A funeral was held in the Loysburg Methodist Church and then his body was transported to Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Breezewood by funeral director Byers of Woodbury, for the second service and burial by Pastor C. B. Littleton.
Mr. Fisher had been an enterprising farmer of East Providence Township. At age twenty-four he married Margaret Glenn, daughter of Robert Glenn and Rachel(Enslow)Glenn, also of the same township. By the 1870 Census, John Wesley and Margaret (Glenn) Fisher had moved to South Woodbury Township and were the parents of Rachel Belle (14), Charles (9), Margaret "Maggie" (3), and Clara (1). by Gaylord W. Little, g-g-grandson.
