Harold Fue
Harold E. Fue, 79, of 8 Riggs Drive, died at 6:15 p.m. Saturday at Mary - Henry Nursing Home.
His funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Wilson Forbush officiating. Burial will be in Union cemetery.
Visitation is from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Fricke Memorial Home.
The deceased was born March 2, 1894, in Chicago, a son of William and Martha Jett Fue. He married Lenna B. Williams Jan. 19, 1918, in St. Louis, Mo. She died in 1964. He married Marie Culnan Nov. 17, 1967, in St. Louis, Mo.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Harold C., Santa Barbara, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Wendell, New Holland; a stepson, Tom Culnan, Lincoln; two step-daughters, Sister Marybeth Culnan, Green Bay, Wis.; and Mrs. Anita Daly, Kincai; and a grandson, Mark Wendell.
A son and three brothers preceded him in death.
Mr. Fue was a veteran of World War I and a retired farmer. He was a tax consultant 26 years in West Lincoln and Chester townships. He was a member of American Legion Post 237, Logan County Farm Bureau and World War I Barracks. He also served on the Board of Supervisors of Chester township, a number of years.
