Services will be 1:30 p.m. June 16 at River of Life Assembly of God Church for Charles F. Denzer, 90, who died Saturday at St. Michael's Hospital.

Private burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sauk Centre.

Arrangements were made by Patton-Schad Funeral Service, Sauk Centre.

Charles Denzer was born in rural Osakis, Douglas County, to Benjamin and Sarah (Martin) Denzer. He married Gladys Gunion on June 30, 1938, at Assembly of God Church, Sauk Centre. He was an independent trucker, hauling grain and livestock for dealers and area farmers. He retired from trucking in 1985. In 1944, he purchased a farm near Diamond Point nt and continued farming until 1996.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Betty of Sauk Rapids, and Anita Saefke of Brooklyn Center; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Willis of St Paul, Loren of Valdosta, Ga., Loretta Pettit of Hamilton, Mont., Ruth Egland of Monticello, and Maedean Gettel of Wheatland, Wyo.

He was preceded in death by his sister and brothers, Nancy Pittman, Chester, Bennie, Kenneth, Reed and Joseph; and one infant great-grandson.
