Services for W.M. "Bill" Benson, 79, will be at 2 p.m. today at Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington with Billy Clark officiating. Burial will be in Barren Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Benson, a retired farmer, died Friday morning at the Regional Hospital of Jackson after a long illness.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dolly Grissom Benson; two sons, Joe Benson and Ricky Benson, both of Reagan; three daughters, Mrs. Betty Jane Little of Sardis, Mrs. Virginia Holman of St. Louis, and Mrs. Barbara Thompson of Euless, Texas; a brother, John Benson of California; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
