Eleanor Louise Spring Beale, 85, was born into eternal life, Oct. 29, 1995, at Riverside Nursing Home, Smithfield, Va.
Mrs. Beale formerly resided at 1144 Elk Ave., Norfolk. She was preceded by her beloved husband, Leon W. Beale. She was one of 13 children born to Mr. and Mrs. James Spring of Norfolk. She was a life long member of Westminister Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, and was an Elder Emeritus of the church. She taught Sunday school for 18 years and was a constant support for the church.
She is survived by a sister, Willie Lee McGurer of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 1, 1995, in Forest Lawn Cemetery at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Westminister Presbyterian Church, c/o Miss Betty Lucas, Treasurer, 1334 West 49th St., Norfolk, Va. 23508. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk, in charge.
