Funeral Services for Annie will be Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at George Price Funeral Home Chapel at 4 p.m. with Reverend Robert Burns officiating.
Burial will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery in Levelland. The family will receive visitors prior to the service, beginning at 2:30 p.m.

She was born September 14, 1920 in Mangum, Okla., the daughter of William Thomas and Myrtle Logsdon. The family moved to Levelland when she was nine years old. She married Marvin Lee Allen in 1938. In 1939, Twila was born and in 1942, Edward was born. She was a faithful member of the First Assembly of God Church in Levelland. She worked as a GTE switchboard telephone operator for twenty-five years. She loved to sew, do crafts, and she was a marvelous cook. She married James Hoffman in 1974.
She is survived by her daughter, Twila Hicks; a daughter-in-law, Monty Allen; grandchildren, Tammy Odom and husband, Warren, Dexter Allen and wife, Christy, Shannon Grissom and husband Tim, James Brodfuhrer and Mike Brodfuhrer; and seven great-grandchildren, Derek Allen, Travis Odom, Stefan Allen, Lianna Grissom, Alexa Grissom, Julie Brodfuhrer and Joel Brodfuhrer.
She was preceded in death by both husbands, Marvin and James; her son, Edward Lee Allen; her sister, Catherine Farmer; her brother, Clifford Logsdon; and her son-in-law, John Hicks.
