Catherine Allen was born June 22, 1852 in Troy, Rennselaer, New York, USA.
Her parents were Lorenzo Dow Allen (abt. 1820-1900) and Mary E. Allen (b. abt. 1823).
Catherine's siblings included Harriet, Margaret Jane, Anna Belle and Orra Bell.
In 1875, she married John T. Pierce (1849-1924) , according to the 1900 US Federal Census.
Their children included: Lorenzo William Pierce and Anna Belle Pierce.
Catherine passed away January 14, 1904 in Troy, Wayne County, New York.
