Mrs. Mae Louise Maxwell, 64, of 13919 Coffee Bluff Road, died Thursday at Candler General Hospital after a long illness.
The Savannah native was a member of Bull Street Baptist Church, church Roundtable Group and Mayfair Garden Club.
Surviving are her husband, Major Samuel L. Maxwell of Savannah; two daughters, Mrs. Marsha L. McMullen of Columbia, S.C. and Mrs. Susan L. Sadowski of Richmond Hill; and three grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Fox and Weeks Funeral Home, Drayton Chapel, burial in East Side Cemetery in Statesboro.
