Monsignor Adams was chief judge of the Tribunal, editor of the Catholic Witness diocesan newspaper, pastor of St. Joan of Arc, Hershey, PA, pastor of St. John's, Enhaut, PA and the first chairman of the Priest Advisory Board during his 43 years in the priesthood.
