Obituary of Mae Anis Mukes-Robinson
Mae Annis Mukes Robinson was born in Carney, Oklahoma on September 21, 1937, to Mr. and Mrs. George Mukes.
She received her formal education from the Oklahoma City Public Schools and gradu¬ated from Dungee High School in 1958 after moving to Spencer, Oklahoma with her sister.
Early in her life she accepted Christ as her personal Savior at the First Baptist Church, Hicks Addition. Later she united with the Evangelistic Baptist Church where she remained a faithful servant until she entered into “Eternal Rest” Monday, Febru¬ary 10, 1975 at 7:00 A. M.
On April 26, 1958 she married James Robinson and to this union three sons and one daughter were born. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and sister.
Her parents and one brother preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn, her husband, James Robinson: three sons, Larry 17, Johnnie 15; James, Jr. 13 years of age and one daugh¬ter, Jenneth 14 years, all of the home. Also three sisters, Mrs. Rozella Martin, Mrs. Irene Chriswell and Mrs. Juanita Graffney; six brothers, Guylin Mukes. William Mukes, Allen Mukes and Vernon Mukes all of Spencer, Okla. and James Mukes and Leon Mukes, both of Oklahoma City; a host of other relatives and many friends who will forever cherish her mem¬ory.
