WHITESBORO - Mark Richard McNeil, age 21, of 26 Brainard St., Whitesboro, died in St. Luke's Memorial Hospital Center, Saturday morning.
Mark was born in Utica, May 5, 1956, a son of Richard Raymond and Diane Gilbride McNeil. He moved with his family to Whitesboro in 1961. Attending Whitesboro Schools and graduating from Whitesboro in 1973. He served in the United States Navy and was stationed aboard the U.S.S. Midway in the Far East for two years. He was discharged in May of 1977.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two brothers, David and John, both at home; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rowland Gilbride of Utica; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
