Thursday, 3 Sep 1891 - "Mrs. Daniel McNaughton one of Highland township’s oldest and most respected residents died at nine o’clock on last Saturday evening and on Monday her remains were laid to rest. Mrs. McNaughton was born in Centre county, May 19, 1799 and was therefore at the time of her death, in the 92d year of her age. She leaves a circle of relatives and friends to morn her demise."
