Poland- Mrs Rosa Bell Cash, 70, died Monday at the CMG Hospital. She was born in West Poland May 22, 1900, the daughter of Albert G. and Olive Cobb Tripp. She was educated in Poland schools, and had resided here most of her life. The past year Mrs. Cash had made her home in Norway. She was married to Carroll W. Cash on December 6, 1917. He died in 1957. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Harriett Boston and Mrs, Elsie LaFlamme both of Poland: a son Carroll W. Jr. of Maguire AFB, NJ, a brother Darrell Tripp of West Poland, 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the Gallant Raymond Funeral home in Mechanic Falls. The Rev. Bertrand Wentworth of Mechanic Falls officiating. Internment will be at Highland Cemetery in West Poland in the spring.
