The death of James Brown occurred Friday, Nov. 5 at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. E. L. Colbath. Mr. Brown was born in Exeter 87 years ago and resided in that town for many years, where he was an honored and respected citizen. During the past few months, he has made his home with his daughter in Dexter. The funeral took place Monday forenoon at 10 o'clock. The interment was in Exeter. He leaves three daughters to mourn their loss.
