Frank A. Koerner, born Feb. 11, 1909 to Frank E. and Margaret Hoffman Koerner died Wednesday, Dec. 23 (1998) in Harrison at the age of 89. He was the eldest of five children.
The Koerners retired to Newton County from Chicago in 1974, having been employed by ABC as senior technical director of engineering. He retired as chief warrant officer of the Navel Engineers, a member of National Society and Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers a member of National Society of Television Engineers and Technical Engineers, and taught physics and mathematics.
Graveside service at 10 a.m. Monday at White Church Cemetery.
