JORDAN, Jeremy A. 38, of Dayton lost his battle with ALS after just 10 months on May 3rd, 2011.

Preceded in death by grandfather Lowell Evans and stepfather Bill Stotts. Survived by his wife Melinda, Daughter Belinda, mother Gloria, father Michael, brothers Aaron, and Travis, grandmother Donna Evans, Aunts Barb (John) and Teresa, several cousins,3 nephews, best friend Johnny, and many beloved family and friends. He was a 1991 high school graduate of West Carrollton High School. Jeremy was previously employed with Subby's, Under Pressure, and had just recently started his own contracting business. Loved his music, trips to Norris Lake, and hanging out with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
