The funeral for Troy B Dennis 68, East Mobile St., will be today at 1:30 pm at Elkins Funeral Home Chapel, Florence with Bil Hall officiating.
Burial will be in Tri-Cities Cemetery.
He died Friday, July 3, 1992, at Humana Hospital Florence after an extended illness.
He was a native of Hardin Co., Tn. and lived the latter part of his life in Florence. He was a member of Helton Drive Church of Christ and a retired construction worker.
Survivors included sons Troy Wayne Dennis Sr., Wendell Dean Dennis both of Florence, Daughter Leigh Ann Balentine, Lutts, Tn, brothers Andrew Dennis, Savannah, Dalton Lee Dennis, Curtis Dennis both of Mishawaka, Ind., sisters Sarah Holcomb, Waterloo, Christine Dennis Reed, Collinwood, Dorothy Davis Mishawaka, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Bearers will be Leo J. Reed, James F. Reed, Cleo W. Reed, Johnny Dennis, David Andrews, Joe Fleming, Carl White, and Donnie Dennis.
The honorary bearer will be Roger McManness.
