Cheryl A. Temple of 1803 District Road, Fredonia, passed away Tuesday morning (5-3-11) in her home after an extended illness. She was 61.
Born June 1, 1949, in Sharon, Ms. Temple was a daughter of Robert W. and Elizabeth A. "Ibby" Vernon Temple.
She was a 1967 graduate of Lakeview High School, Sandy Lake Township.
Cheryl had worked at various jobs through the years, most recently at Wheaton Dry Cleaners of Mercer.
She was of the Protestant faith and last attended New Lebanon Community Church.
Cheryl enjoyed just staying at home and taking care of the lawn, but especially enjoyed the companionship of her dog, Rose.
Survivors include her son, Shawn Temple, Fredonia; and a sister, Elaine Bowes, Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Karen Gulnac; and a brother, Robert K. "Robbie" Temple.
