DIED. In this place on Wednesday the 16th inst., about 3 o'clock, after an illness of several days, William C. Johnson, an old and esteemed citizen of Nacogdoches. Mr. Johnson was a man of much benevolence and kindness of heart. He was buried with Masonic honors, and an eloquent and appropriate funeral address delivered by the Rev. Simpson Shepherd.
