DIED.
DIDKENSON-In Lake Johana Pope Co. on Sunday June 14th of paralysis. Jacob Dickinson aged 68 years.

Mr Dickinson was born in New Jersey and removed with his parents to Greene county, Wisconsin, where he united with the Methodist Episcopal church, and married Miss Lena Smith. They came to Fillmore County, Minn., where in 1861, be enlisted in the war of the rebellion, and served until its close. After returning home he removed to Pope Co., Minn.. where he has resided ever since. He has thirteen children, of which eleven, together with his wife, remain to mourn his loss. He was buried from the Methodist church at Sauk Centre.

DIED

DIDKENSON(sic) – In Lake Johana Pope Co. on Sunday June 14th of paralysis, Jacob Dickinson aged 68 years.

Mr. Dickinson was born in New Jersey and removed with his parents to Green County, Wisconsin, where he united with the Methodist Episcopal church, and married Miss Lena(sic) Smith. They came to Fillmore County, Minn., where in 1861, he enlisted in the war of the rebellion, and served until its close. After returning to his home he removed to Pope Co., Minn., where he has resided ever since. He has thirteen children, of which eleven, together with his wife, remain to mourn his loss. He was buried from the Methodist church at Sauk Centre.

Jacob's parents were Charity Wass and Isaac Dickison.

Jacob's daughter Emma Amelia Dickison Noble, wife of Shelby Noble, died at Sauk Centre 11/23/1907.

Not sure where she is buried:

CONNELLY —In this city on Thursday,
February 20th, of chronic heart disease,
Hattie E., wife ofSilas W. Connelly of
this city, and daughter of Jacob Dickenson[sic]
of Lake Johanna, aged thirty-three
years.

She was an exemplary woman in every
relation in life. A devoted wife, affectionate
daughter and indulgent mother,
her death falls as a heavy blow upon
the members of her immediate family.
She enjoyed a wide circle of friends who
always found in her a sympathetic
heart and willing hand. She was a loyal
member of the Methodist church, and
departed this life in the sweet confidence
of a blissful immortality, after a year
of intense suffering, which was borne
with patience and resignation. She was
married in this city when only eighteen
years of age, and all her married life has
been spent in this city and vicinity.
Her husband and two sons, aged fourteen
and ten respectively, survive co
cherish her memory.
