Polk, PA - Dean W McFadden of Mineral Twp, Venango Cty, Polk RD 1 died early Wednesday (3-10-76) at the home of a sister, Mrs Genevieve Hubenthal of Marin Twp, Butler Cty, Harrisville, RD 2, after an illness. He was 54.

Mr McFadden was born in Butler Cty, Nov 4, 1921 to Charles W and Alma Stillwagon McFadden.

He was a US Army veteran of World War II. He never married.

He leaves his father of Polk RD 1, two brothers, John and Charles D, both of Grove City, RD 3, five sisters, Mrs Hubenthal of harrisville RD 2; Mrs Albert (Winifred) Buchanan and Mrs Vera Hardisky, both of Grove City RD 3, Mrs Albert (Jessie) Andrusky of Mercer RD 3 and Mrs Hannah Bailey of Polk RD 1.

He was preceded in death by his mother, a brother and a sister.

A funeral service at 1:30 pm Friday was conducted at the harold C Jamison Funeral Home, Harrisville, with the Rev William D Milligan, pastor, Harmony United Presbyterian Church, Harrisville officiating.

Burial was in Log Cemetery, Irwin Twp, Venango Cty.
