Vivian was an 8 year old 3rd grader attending a Pontiac, MIchigan Elementary School when she was diagnosed with a fatal illness and passed away..

This untimely event left my father an only child until his late sister Bibian was born... Bibian also passed away as a child..

Petoskey is on Vivian's Grave Marker and on her Death Certificate (I do not have her Birth Certificate)..

Petoskey is our family name, but, was changed to "Potulsky" in the late 1940's by my Grandfather, Vivian's father....
