Daughter of Abraham Bartholomew Alvis and Susan Adaline Bennett-Alvis.


Mrs. Fanny Daughtrey, 50, died at the South East Hospital, Cape Girardeau, Mo., June 19th, as a result of a stroke of paralysis suffered a few days before death.
Mrs. Daughtrey was a former resident of Marion and a native of Crittenden County and was the former Miss Fanny W. Alvis of Casad. The greater portion of her life was spent as a resident of Crittenden County, having removed to the Missouri city several years previous.
Surviving are her husband, Clyde Daughtrey, three sisters, Mrs. Ray Daughtrey and Mrs. James Moore of this city and Miss Lizzie Alvis, of Casad, and one brother, Ball Alvis, also of Casad.

NOTE: The name on her stone is Tannie, but in the obituary she is called Fanny.
