Shonie "Sunny" Renee Parris, age 31 of Quitman, La. passed away Monday, May 2, 2011 at Willis Knighten in Bossier.
Sunny is survived by her husband, Michael Parris of Quitman, La., three daughters ,Scianna Carson, Abby Parris and Cassie Marie Parris of Quitman, La.,one brother, Corey Persons and fiance Lexie Lawson of Jonesboro, niece, Addie Persons, two sisters, Misty Clark of Jonesboro, and Mindy Gragg of Quitman, father, Freddie Carson and stepmother,Teresa of Quitman, grandmother, Sadie Carson of Hodge, , she is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her mother, Cindy Carson.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, May 6, 2011 at the Full Gospel Christian Center in Jonesboro with Rev. Eric McBride officiating. Buriel will be in the Gayla Traina Cemetery in Jonesboro.
Friends may visit with the family Wednesday 5pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
