Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 7, 11 a.m. at the Schoedinger Funeral Home of Gahanna, Ohio, for Angeline Burchett Dearring, 85, who passed away Wednesday, April 27 in Gahanna.
Mrs. Dearring was born June 16, 1925 in Stambaugh, daughter of the late William "Willie" Andrew and Alta Caroline Caudill Burchett.
She managed the Patient and Visitor Information Desk for OSU Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Dearring; five brothers, Otto, Ernest, Curtis, and Ruel and Buel Burchett; six sisters, Nora Meade, Emma Caudill, Grace Caudill, Sara Justice, Mae Baldwin, and Wilma Castle; and brother-in-law, Gomer Bevins.
Surviving are one sister, Gusta Bevins of Charley; five daughters, Sherry L. (Melvin) Monfort, Donna L. (Ralph) Conrad, Carol S. (Don Comer) Valentine-Comer, Mary L. (David) McNabb, and Dianne M. Dearring; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Dr. Wayne Wiles, with interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements under the direction of the Schoedinger Funeral Home of Gahanna.
