He was born on June 11, 1919 in Georgetown, Ohio. He was the son of Clarence and Lucille Parker Schweickart. He worked as an electrical engineer with the Square D Co. in Milwaukee. He was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Schweickart is survived by his wife, Shirley; his mother, Lucille Schweickart, 2 sisters, Mrs. J. Henry (Dean), of Lynchburg, and Mrs. Florence DuBrose, of Cincinnati. One aunt also survives.
