Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Casey Funeral Home with burial in Chester County Memory Gardens.
She was a member of Sanford Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Melton, the widow of Freddy Thomas Melton, leaves a daughter, Lana Sumrall of Henderson; two sons, Don Melton of Henderson and Jimmy Melton of Nashville; two sisters, Betty Jo Record of New Waverly, Texas, and June Smith of Henderson; a brother, Horace Mount of Henderson, and a grandchild.
