Isabel Marie Kelley, 87, of 1440 Columbine Place, Las Animas, died March 13, 2011, at the Bent County HealthCare Center. She was born Dec. 9, 1923, in Liebenthal, Kan., to Jacob and Lucy ( Schoendaller ) Munch.

She married Gerald Vern Kelley on June 15, 1946, in Raton, N.M. She had been a food service worker.

She is survived by one son, Michael S. Kelley of Los Angeles, Calif. and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Anita.

A rosary service will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 18 with Mass of Commendation at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Ray Grimes as celebrant. Burial will be in the Fort Lyon National Cemetery with Horber Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
