Maggie Opal Lorene Rosinbaum was born December 12, 1920, in Shirley Community, Hopkins County, Texas, the daughter of Addie Emma (Rushing) and Grover Cleveland Ishmael. She passed away at her home in Duncanville, Texas, on March 6, 2007, at age 86.
Lorene lived most of her life in Dallas and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, Texas. She loved God and His nature, her family, and her little dog "Baby". She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed gardening and oil painting.
Lorene is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Clay Dayton Rosinbaum; her son, Norman Dayton Rosinbaum; brothers, Ulmont Ishmael, H.H. Ishmael, and Morris Ishmael; and sisters, Izettia Sartin, Izora Tennison, and Bessie Brandenburgh.
Lorene will be dearly missed by her daughters, Shirley June Isbon and Emma Catherine Nixon and her husband, Maury Nixon; son-in-law, Jim Isbon; grandchildren, Sonia Krusinski and husband, Thom, Michele De La Mora and husband, Felipe, Cynthia Haney, Amy Moore and husband, Brian, and Nicole Haynes and husband, Bobby; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Zelma Smith; sisters-in-law, Ima Jo Tracy and Opal Kenner; and many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
Funeral services are 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at Jaynes Memorial Chapel in Duncanville with Dr. Timothy Trammell officiating. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park in Dallas. Jaynes Funeral Chapel, 811 So. Cockrell Hill Road, Duncanville, Texas.
