He was the son of Henry & Tina Scarpace Fosco.
Surviving is a son, Pvt Richard C Fosco, stationed in England; two brothers Joseph of Peoria, and Paul of Chicago; five sisters, Mrs Vito Rubino, Mrs Fred Polonus, Mrs Ray Adkins and Mrs Walter Adkins all of Peoria. Also Mrs Harry Hill of Calif.
