Sikeston - Henry A Clark, 83, a retired farmer, died today at a Sikeston hospital where he had been a patient ten days.
Born Feb. 24, 1880, in Johnson Co., Ark., Mr. Clark had lived in Vanduser 33 years.
He first married Miss Lillie Burgess on Dec. 26, 1903. She died Dec. 7, 1911
On Jan. 20, 1913, he married Miss Mary Alice Johnson. She survives.
Also surviving are six sons, Grover Clark, Lelon Clark, Robert Lee Clark, Melvin Clark, Burl Clark and Daniel Clark; four daughters, Mrs. Ermon (Hazel) Storms, Mrs. Vester (Fay) Cook, Mrs. Jack (Myrtle) Procter and Mrs. Virgie Powers; five half brothers, William Brooks, Daniel Brooks, John Brooks and George Clark; a sister Mrs. Mabel Bacahus and a half sister, Mrs. Ollie Alderson; twenty two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Nunnelee Funeral Home in Sikeston, where arrangements are incomplete.
