Luther G. Patton
Luther G. Patton, 85, of Rt 5, Galax, died in a Galax hospital Wednesday, Jan. 29, 1969.
He was born Oct 6, 1883, to Alex Patton and Minnie Leath Patton.
His wife preceded him in death.
Surviving are a son, Connie Patton, Galax; a sister, Mrs. Mollie Tomason, Galax; one grandchild; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services were con­ducted at Vaughan-Guynn Fun­eral Chapel Friday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Lonnie P. Shaw.
Interment was in McKenzie Cemetery.
