She was born on Oct. 11, 1857 in Rutland, Vermont, and has been a resident of this community for the past 24 years.
Surviving are her son, Otis E. Engler; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Merritt of Ashland, Wisc., and Mrs. Edna Wick(Weeks)of Hillsboro, Wisc.; two brothers, Porter Greeley and Burke Greeley of Hillsboro, Wisc.; Two Grandsons, Ernest John Engler and Edward Bradley Engler of LaJunta and four Great Grandchildren.
She was a member of the Congregational church in Grant, Neb. and attended the Christian church there.
Her husband died here in 1929.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 1:30 from the Green Mortuary chapel and burial was at Fairview Cemetery.
