The funeral services for Mrs. William Seiler, 101 Tenth Street, who died yesterday afternoon following an illness of two months will be held at 8:30 o'clock Monday in the morning in St. Mary's church , the Rev. Father J.H. Hauck to officiate. Burial will be in the St. Joseph cemetery.
The deceased was born May 12, 1867 in Fond du lac, and united in marriage with Mr. Seiler thirty-eight years ago. The family lived in Wausau fifteen years. Surviving are her widow and six children, Mrs. P.W. Benedict, Chicago, Leon Seiler of Antigo and Arnold, Elmer, Verna and William Seiler, Jr. of this city. The deceased was a member of Mystic Workers and Kranken Verein.
End Notes: Ann was the tenth child of the Mathias and Anna Katharina Schaefer. She was the only child born in the USA in Larmatine, WI. Ann married William Seiler in Chilton, WI. on 5/2/1887. The Seiler family lived in Kiel, Antigo and Wausau,WI. Kranken Verein is some type of a German American club or association. Anna died of cancer at age 55.
