Fond du Lac (WI) Reporter, May 4, 2005. Frank R. “Pee We” Abhold, 71, formerly of W7104 Explorer Drive, died Monday, May 2, 2005, at his son’s home at 746 S. Commercial St., Neenah. He was born July 27, 1933, in Mount Calvary, the son of Peter and Martha Fritz. On June 8, 1955, he married Janet G. Phillips in Mount Calvary. Janet preceded him in death on May 24, 1991. Frank worked for Service Motors and was a member of Eagles Aerie No. 270. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his son, Michael (fiance Judy Derks) Abhold of Neenah; three daughters, Christine (Claude) Wyle of Mill Valley, Calif., Vickie Gruenwald of Fond du Lac and Jackie (Gary) Ryan of Oakfield; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one brother, Wilfred P. (Beverly) Abhold of Mount Calvary. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son-in-law, Thomas Gruenwald; and two half brothers, Norbert and Albert Abhold. A Liturgy of the Word service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2005, at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Deacon Larry Hughes officiating. Cremation has taken place with inurnment at The Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2005, at the funeral home. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
