Casket bearers were Carl "Joe" Sneddon, Jerry Sneddon, Anthony Knight, Pat Foor, Bob Foor and Mark Bailey.
Mr. Foor died Dec. 17, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau,
Mo.
He was born Sept. 4, 1921, in Louisa County, a son of Clinton Bremmer and Marie Otto Foor. He married Betty Rose Bailey on Nov. 6, 1943, in Muscatine.
Mr. Foor was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
He had been employed at Grain Processing Corporation, for 37 years, retiring in 1983.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; three sons, Don Foor of Grandview, Jack Foor of Lansdale, Pa. and Kenneth Foor of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; three daughters, Marlene Runge of Fruitland, Joann Brase of Davenport and Bobbie Garrison of Fredonia; 18 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Foor of Muscatine and George Foor of Fruitland; and three sisters, Nellie Becker of Fruitland, Helen Bailey of Floris and Mary Jo Anderson of Muscatine.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
