Loretta Milliner Dennis Abell, 98, died Friday, April 29, 2011. She was born in Grayson County. She was a housewife and attended Mount Hebron Gospel Mission Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Suzann Langley Milliner; her first husband, Russell Dennis; her second husband, Dennis Abell; four brothers, Ovie, Omer, Roy and Ardle Miller; two sisters, Gurtha Clark and Beulah Grey; and a grand-daughter, Robin Elliott. She is survived by four sons, Wendell (Mary), Arnold (Sue), Gerald (Lenia) and Cecil (Laura) Dennis; a daughter, Sue (Red) Milliner; a stepdaughter, Betty (Eddie) Cripps; a stepson, Joe (Sheilia) Abell; her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her church family. The funeral was Sunday, May 1, at Mt. Hebron Gospel Mission Church. Bro. Jimmy Douthitt officiated. Burial was in Mt. Hebron Cemetery. Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson handled arrangements.
