"From Mooresville -- Mrs. Delilah (Dorrell) Carlisle died Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Brannen, age 85.
She was born near Cincinnati, Ohio and came here at age 14."
Parents: Redman and Elizabeth Dorrell.
"Moved to Morgan County with her parents as a child, and later to Missouri. At age 14, she came to Mooresville and made her home with Samuel Moore for 6 years."
Buried in Carlisle family plot, Mooresville Cemetery.
