Mrs. Goldie Harker

Mrs. Goldie Ethel Harker, 69, of 218 Maiden Lane died Wednesday morning at 6:40 in Blessing hospital, where she had been a patient since March 18.

Mrs. Harker was born in Mendon March 28, 1898, a daughter of Frank and Julia Leckbee Clair. On May 4, 1920, she was married to William Harker in Edina, Mo. She had lived in Quincy 35 years and was a member of the Baptist church.

Surviving are the husband; five sons, Vernon, Norman, Robert, Elmer and Kenneth Harker of Quincy; a daughter, Mrs. William (Dorothy) Stapp of Quincy; three sisters, Mrs. Eddie (Grace) Huston and Mrs. Ruth Davis of Quincy and Mrs. Cecil (Nora) Funk of Hurdland, and 22 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Delbert and Harold, a daughter, Norma Jean, and two brothers, Guy and Pearl Clair,

Funeral services will he held Saturday morning at 10 in the Duker funeral home and burial will be in Greenmount cemetery.
