LIFELONG AREA RESIDENT DIES; RITES PLANNED
Mrs. Louisa Langenfeld, 76, Expires At Casper Home; Burial At Marytown
Mrs. Louisa Langenfeld, 76, widow of Albert Langenfeld, a native of Margtown and a resident of the community most of her life, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Casper, Route 4, with whom she had resided since becoming ill two years ago.
Prior to taking up residence with Mr. and Mrs. Casper, Mrs. Langenfeld kept house for her son, the Rev. Henry Langenfeld, at Elkhart Lake. Father Langenfeld presently is pastor of St. Charles church, Burlington.
Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Schmitz, Mrs, Langenfeld was born Aug. 17, 1873 and was married May 7, 1895, at Marytown. Mr. Langenfeld died there Feb. 28, 1919.
Surviving, besides Father Langenfeld and Mrs. Casper are seven other sons and daughters, Michael, city, Joseph, Malone, Mrs. Edward Mauer, Sheboygan 'Falls, Ralph, St. Anna, Ambrose and Clarence, Milwaukee, and Claude, West De- Pere; 31 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Theresa Guelig, Oak Park, Ill., and Mrs. Robert Williams, Sacramento, Calif.; two brothers, Joseph, city, and Henry, Milwaukee.
The body of Mrs. Langenfeld will be in state at the Casper residence after 2 p. m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held there Saturday at 9:15 a. m., 10 a, m. at St. Mary's church, Marytown. Father Langenfeld will be celebrant of a solemn requiem mass. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
