Jacob Allen Ray Born April 12th, 2011 at University Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shortly after his birth he went to be with the Lord. He was born to Joshua A. and Cindy A. (Cowan) Ray of Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Jacob is survived by his parents; one sister, Caitlynn Ann Ray, at home; paternal grandparents, Jeff and Judy Ray, Davenport, FL; paternal great grandparents, Bob and Carol Sarber and Mary Jane Ray, both of Martinsville. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, David and Wanda Cowan, Franklin, IN and maternal great grandmother, Maryann Chase, Martinsville. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Otto Ray and Gordon Chase, Sr. and George and Carol Cowan. Friends are invited to visit on Thursday, April 28th, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Neal & Summers Funeral & Cremation Center, Martinsville. A celebration of life service to be officiated by Rev. John Hall will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
